Admission
Qualifications

• 4-16 years of age at the time of enrollment

• Come from a family of lower income or poverty

• Come from the Foster Care System and/or are experiencing or facing homelessness

• Children with parents that are incarcerated 

• Children that have been left in the grandparents’ or extended families’ care

• Children having difficulty within the public school system (who also meet poverty criteria)

• Children experiencing abuse, domestic violence, neglect, and malnourishment

• Have the ability to learn

• Be able to participate and benefit from the school’s programs and support

• Be free of serious behavioral problems that cannot be controlled or are likely to disrupt life and learning with the classroom or student home life (keep in mind social workers and on site on staff counselors and behavior professionals are with us for many of these purposes, however, some cases may be too extreme to manage)
